Inspired by the romantic side of 18th Century fashion this Highland Bodice was made to bring the 18th century into the modern world or take you from the modern world into the 18th Century!
 
With this cotton lined Linen bodice you'll recieve a stomacher (boned piece that sits behind the lacing) and 2 metres of ribbon/cotton cord will be included to finish the whole look. You may choose the ribbon colour. (See images)
 
This Bodice is designed to have a lacing gap, where the stomacher will sit, a 3 inch gap at the bust which tapers down to 1-2 inches at the waist. This creates a beautiful early-mid century feature.
If you’d prefer to have a looser fit, please let us know so we can adjust the ease.
 
Planning to wear it over a top or a stay/corset?
We would ask you to gather your measurements wearing the garment you plan to wear under your bodice. This will ensure the fit is correct.

Light synthetic whale-boning has been added to give the lacing channels more structure.
