Shipping & Delivery

Processing your order

Our made-to-order handmade items have a 4-6* week process time, giving us time to create the perfect fit  for you!  The process time begins as soon as we receive your measurements. If an order lacks the given measurements, its process time will be delayed until it is received. All orders not made to order will ship out as quickly as possible.

If you have an event or other reason that you need your order to arrive sooner, you can contact us through the contact form to set up a payment for rush processing.

Please note that the rush fee applies to only one item at a time, so if you need to rush multiple items, you will need to purchase multiple rush fees.

* Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks processing time, over the holiday period.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over £200! Here in the UK, all items are shipped using Royal Mail, which typically takes about 2-4 days to ship anywhere in the UK.

International Shipping

We ship to the USA. *

Due to the new GPSR laws, we are sadly no longer able to ship to the EU & NI.

 

*Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

We want to be fully transparent about some recent changes that affect all orders shipping from the UK to the United States.

As of the 29th August 2025, the U.S. has introduced a 10% tariff on goods purchased from the UK. This means:

  • All parcels must now be sent “pre-duty paid.” or "PDDP"
     

  • Customs charges, duty, and tax will apply to every package shipped.
     

  • We will be adding these costs into your shipping price once the facility is available on our end, so your order can clear U.S. customs smoothly without you needing to pay unexpected fees on delivery.
     

 We’re heartbroken that these extra costs are being introduced, but we want to handle it in the most seamless way possible for you. Our hope is that, as processes settle and systems improve, things will become smoother and fairer.

You'll be provided with tracking details once your order has left our premises. Costs for shipping will depend on your order price, but international costs start at £32 (this includes the Duty). You can calculate shipping costs by going through the checkout process before placing your order. Due to so many packages getting lost in transit we only offer tracked and signed shipping options to ensure your order arrives with you safely.

 

We usually ship via the Royal Mail Priority Airmail service but if you are in a hurry we can upgrade you to a faster courier such as DHL. Please contact us if you wish to rush your delivery and we can get you a quote for 3-5 day DHL shipping.

We will be sending parcels pre-duty paid (PDDP) in the hope that this will cover the majority of duties and fees at customs. However, as these new regulations are still being navigated, we cannot guarantee that additional import duties, fees, or tariffs will not be charged.

Please note: any extra charges imposed by your state’s customs or tax authorities remain the responsibility of the buyer.

If you refuse the shipment or are unable to receive it, Vetch & Clover is not responsible for any return shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Vetch & Clover are not responsible for the return costs and you will not be refunded the return cost, unless on the rare occasion the item you receive is damaged, incorrect (the wrong item) or incomplete due to the faults of business quality and standards checks.

If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us and we'll open a dispute with our courier service.

In addition, please note the following: the following products are not eligible for return: Any customised items such as: reversible front lacing stays. 

Customised items meaning if the item is made to measure and/or you the customer has personally chosen the materials to make up the garment, e.g. eyelets, fabric, bias tape. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.
